Our Policy Regarding Fees and Retainers

We believe it is important that our clients understand the quality of our work. This quality includes the methods we use to charge for our services. Therefore, we ask that you take a moment to read this short statement. If you have any questions, please contact us online or call us at (407) 599-4433, and we will be happy to clarify any aspects of this policy.

With our firm, you will be represented by well-trained and experienced legal specialists who utilize diligent secretarial services, modern equipment, and robust research and library facilities to handle your case. We will give your problems our personal attention to attain the maximum result possible in the most reasonable time.

Generally, we base our fees on our skill and time, although some cases involve other factors.
We will negotiate with you a fee arrangement that will meet both of our needs. We will discuss with you all arrangements to undertake your work.

It is our job to ensure you understand the risks involved in any litigation. The legal fees and costs you must pay are part of that risk.

Our office follows a practice all good law firms follow. We request a reasonable retainer fee. This retainer fee is in the nature of a non-refundable deposit we use to pay for out-of-pocket expenses and our fees. Most of our clients prefer to handle their business and legal matters on a pay-as-you-go basis. Thus, we will bill you on a regular basis for our professional services and expenditures.

Our monthly Statement to you will give you a full description of the services rendered on your behalf as well as show all out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements made on your behalf.

We encourage you to discuss with us, at any time, our fee arrangements, the progress of your case and the details of a particular bill. We try to do what is proper and fair. We base our relationship with you on mutual confidence and respect. It is on that basis that we have managed to develop cordial and enduring relationships with our clients for decades.
